According to Sanskrit medical treatises, Ayurveda and Unani systems, turmeric has a long history of medicinal use in South Asia. Turmeric has been used in food, cosmetics and medicines.

Honey is higher in fructose. Fructose is sweeter than glucose. Use it as a natural sweetener in tea or any beverage, milkshakes, add to breakfast cereals waffles, toast & pancakes.
